For the lucky folks with space in the new Dry Ice Factory, the search is over, as the RiNo studio collective at 33rd and Walnut seems to have it all: light filled suites with high ceilings, wood floors, city and mountain views, "Class A" finish, a cavernous gallery currently showing the work of Metro State College faculty Robert Strohmeier, and an eventual cafe to boot. The DIF joins the equally exciting RiNo artists coop Redline down the block making the neighborhood a required destination for checking on the pulse of the Denver art scene.
