What better way to pass a Saturday afternoon with the kids than at the DAM's "Animation Celebration: Denver Art Museum Family Event." Community and Family Programs director Heather Nielsen put together a full slate of kid friendly activities, but the highlight was musical ensemble "Tommy Reddicks and Friends" performing improvisational pieces in a variety of settings throughout the museum. The "Sound Trek" tours had Reddicks and crew interacting musically with the artistic creations of Antony Gormley, Gene Davis and Robert Irwin.
