I've been dropping by the Denver Art Museum regularly to wander through the Radar show, which highlights the curatorial prowess (or lack thereof depending on your point of view) of Vicki and Kent Logan. Well around April, I was surprised and disappointed to find the enchanting Francesco Clemente portrait of the pair replaced with a work by Eric Fischl. I was flipping through Art in America and came across a display for the current Clemente show at Mary Boone Gallery in NYC, where I spotted the missing portrait (2nd from the left, a bargain at $275,000). And I thought Vicki's legs were special...
Here's a fun YouTube video walking you through the gallery (I'll have to give video reviews a go... next best thing to being there.)
