Matt will present a series of objects derived from the works of other visual artists. Far from mere facsimiles, McConnell’s arrangements use these stolen fragments as a palette for his own playful reinterpretations. Bright colors and a wide array of media highlight a craft-based studio production that calls into question its own legitimacy as an art product.
