mwcKelton Osborn - New Works on Paper

Kelton Osborn's new paintings represent points of time when Kelton was between treatments for his cancer. During these moments of solitude, Kelton escapes the distractions of worry and self-criticism. He chooses to be intentionally attentive to the moment, allowing himself to be with his thoughts as they are and, at the same time, awakening himself to experiences in the moment.

Kelton Osborn lives and works in Denver Colorado and has shown his work extensively throughout the Front Range.

Jeff Horton creates architectural abstract paintings and sculptures. Horton is inspired by movement, which he creates with sculpture or on canvas through working with lines and colors. Horton’s interest to create architectural spaces in his work merges his fascination with art and architecture. The completed works vary in scale and use images taken from the built world around us as a starting point. Layers and lines are painted using oil paints suspended in a wax medium. The wax medium allows the artist to work forwards and backwards, constantly removing and adding layers to the painting.
