(from the press release) Members and Mentors, an invitational exhibit hosted by the members of Arvada Ceramic Arts Guild have invited their mentors to celebrate 5 successful years in Historic Olde Town Arvada. This exciting opportunity features ceramic superstars including Sam Chung, Jim Lorio, Bob Smith, Chris Staley, Ted Vogel and Kurt Weiser. Works will be on view at the Arvada Ceramic Arts Guild June 26th through July 11th. ACAG (Arvada Ceramic Arts Guild) is located in Historic Olde Town Arvada and is home to 20 ceramic artists. This fully equipped studio features private and common work areas, equipment, electric, gas and raku kilns. It is the perfect place to move beyond formal classroom settings and allows artists to initiate independent progress within a collaborative environment. Memberships and studio spaces are available.
