The images are cool and inviting. Paint is applied in multiple layers with resonating color unexpectedly combined to create depth and complexities of pattern and motion. ![]() Claudia Roulier - "Pork" Claudia Roulier "Curiosities" Claudia Roulier's exhibit, Curiosities is an excellent collection of her latest metamorphosis as a mixed and multimedia artist. New paintings, combining drawing and collage, bring to life strange, humorous creatures from her own, imaginary realm. The darker side of fairy tales are the subject matter explored through layers of glass, contained in a series of Light Box House-Shrines. Unusual and intriguing objects juxtaposed, provide a sense of fun in her signature Lost and Found Assemblages.
