Foothills Art Center proudly presents works by 20 artists from the Anderson Ranch Artist Residency Program, as well as works by members of its talented staff. Artists included are: Doug Casebeer , K Rhynus Cesark, Matt Christie, Susanne Clark, Holly Curcio, Erin Dinsmoor, Charlotte Delay, Kate Fisher, Regula Franz, Jennifer Ghormley, Kim Henkel, Rachel Herman, Andrea Jensen, Ji Yong Kim, Kathleen Loe, Ashley Lyon, Susan Muenchen, Rick Parsons, Ralph Scala, Susan Working. Anderson Ranch Arts Center is a learning community on five scenic acres in Snowmass Village, Colorado - near Aspen. The Anderson Ranch Artist Residency Program is designed to foster creative, intellectual and personal growth for emerging and established visual artists. Artists live and work at Anderson Ranch for two to six months and are encouraged to pursue their unique vision amidst a group of artistic peers. The residency is designed to allow artists to take risks and pursue new projects and ideas, free from every day pressures. In its 22nd year, the Anderson Ranch Artist Residency Program is restructuring in 2008. Foothills Art Center is excited to offer a snapshot of the variety and quality of work created at Anderson Ranch in recent months and to introduce the local art community to upcoming residency opportunities.
