 HUNT: A Photo Scavenger Exhibit
A Non-Juried Photography Exhibition held at FLASH Gallery in Lakewood, CO
Image Deadline is Wednesday, May 13, 6pm
Opening Reception is Friday, May 15th, 6-9pm

Photographers are always on the hunt for subjects that inspire. Sometimes the topics are easy to come by, other times a little "assignment" helps get the ball rolling.
Give 500 artists a list of 12 words with room for creativity and you'll come back with a mixed bag of perfect interpretations. From a shiny item in the backyard to a scene from a far land, "art" is in the vision of the maker and open to the viewers' contemplation.
Join us! No framing required AND there's prizes!
WWA is interested in your view, and the dialogue it creates, and what better way to see it than in a photo SCAVENGER HUNT! This years theme: Spring!
Whether they are new or old, your images will be accepted as long as you've caught all 12. Youth are encouraged to participate. You may also work in teams. Any level of experience in photography is welcome.

4"x6" or "5x7" prints DUE in the gallery no later than Wednesday May 13th, 6pm. ALL Entries accepted!

You must shoot all 12 words to participate

Artists can work in teams or alone

Prints should not exceed 7" at it's longest dimension

No matting and framing is needed. Gallery will handle presentation of all images (and it's going to look awesome!)

Please mark the back of each image with your Name and Word in pencil

Images can be shipped or dropped off at the gallery during business hours but must arrive no later than Wednesday, May 13th, 6pm

There is a $20 hanging fee. Students in High School or younger may enter the show at no cost

Prizes, prizes, prizes! First, second and third place awards will be given to the best set of 12!! (Gift certificate good for class tuition or gallery entry fees only. Excludes certain workshops. Call for specific details)
