Fifth Community Challenge Call for Artists: Bottled Up

Submissions due Friday March 6 or Saturday March 7, 2009 from 12:00 to 5:00 pm

The contents of the Denver Community Museum are generated entirely by submissions from the local community. Exhibitions will change on a monthly basis. One month before an exhibition begins, an open call for participation is announced in the form of a Community Challenge, describing a particular creative project.

Participants can interpret and solve the Challenge as they please. There is no minimum or maximum age limit, nor is there any particular skill level required. Contributors must be residents of the Denver/Boulder area.

At the end of the month, the results of each Challenge are collected and put on display within the Museum. Depending on the nature of the Challenge, exhibitions may include objects, videos, drawings, stories etc.
